THE OTHERLAND ESTATE currently consists of some 110 regions, most of them reserved for strictly residential use. There is a number of sims at the shore of SLs great ocean, some inland sims with lakes, rivers, hills and mountains and lots and lots of islands in front of the shore. The OTHERLAND Archipelago is a unique concept in Second Life. And at the same time we optimized the parcels in a way that each one is "special" in its own way. You won't find large flat areas without structure here. And no cooky-cutter "tropical islands in the sun" neither. We did not optimize our business model for maximum amount of sqm for lowest prices. We optimize for beauty! And the result is certainly some of the most beautiful land in SL. Think of islands large and small. Think of lakes, rivers, waterfalls. Think of softly rounded hills and some steep cliffs.
